Want to print your brand logo but worried about fading? Choose this printing method, it won't fade even after 6 months of exposure to sunlight
In today's increasingly competitive branding landscape, packaging bags serve as "mobile billboards" for products, and their printing quality directly impacts brand image and consumer trust. However, many food and fruit and vegetable exporters often face the pain of logo fading due to friction during transportation, temperature and humidity fluctuations in storage environments, and the demand for outdoor and long-term displays in the European and American markets. These factors make it difficult for conventional printing processes to meet the weather resistance requirements. As a packaging bag source factory with 34 years of production experience, we offer a reliable solution to this problem through scientific material formulation and process innovation.

①The golden combination of outer layer cpp/pe material and inner printing process
To meet the stringent sun- and friction-resistant standards of the European and American markets, our factory utilizes a technology that combines an outer layer of CPP/PE composite film with a backing printing process. CPP (cast polypropylene) film offers excellent weather resistance and chemical stability, while PE (polyethylene) imparts excellent flexibility and impact resistance. The resulting composite outer layer effectively blocks damage to the printed layer from UV rays and external friction. The key is that we print the brand logo and image on the inside of the inner film (commonly made of OPP, PET, or PA). The outer CPP/PE film forms a physical barrier, protecting the printed surface from direct exposure to the external environment. Accelerated aging testing conducted by a third-party laboratory showed that the image printed using this process retained over 90% color retention after six months of simulated exposure to sunlight (equivalent to the average annual outdoor UV exposure) and cycling temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, far exceeding industry standards.

②Inner membrane material customization to suit different food characteristics
To balance printing quality and content protection, we offer customized inner film materials: OPP (oriented polypropylene) offers high transparency, making it ideal for baked goods packaging that require clear product display; PET (polyethylene terephthalate) offers strong puncture resistance, making it suitable for angular fruit and vegetable packaging; and PA (nylon) offers excellent oxygen barrier properties, providing long-term protection for foods requiring freshness, such as meat and prepared foods. All three materials undergo a special surface treatment, ensuring over 40% increased ink adhesion. Combined with benzene-free, environmentally friendly inks, these materials comply with EU REACH regulations while ensuring long-lasting, vibrant prints.

③34 years of process accumulation ensures customized delivery efficiency
As the source factory, we boast 16 high-speed lamination production lines and a professional plate-making team, enabling a turnaround time of as little as three days from design confirmation to mass delivery. To address the importance of stable delivery times for European and American customers, we have established a strategic raw material reserve, maintaining a substantial inventory of core substrates such as CPP, PE, and OPP. Coupled with our digital production management system, we achieve an on-time delivery rate of 98.5%. Our products have obtained numerous international certifications, including SGS and FDA, and serve numerous European and American food export companies.
