Tailored to the respiration rate of fruits and vegetables: 34 years of factory-customized packaging bags have helped reduce fresh produce spoilage rates in Europe and the US to below 5%.

In the European and American fresh produce trade, the spoilage rate during storage and transportation is a core pain point limiting profit growth. As a source factory with 34 years of experience in the packaging industry, we have leveraged our in-depth research into the respiratory physiology of fruits and vegetables, combined with a customized composite structure of CPP/PE outer film and OPP/PET/PA inner film, to create specialized packaging bags tailored to the respiration rates of different fruit and vegetable varieties. This helps our European and American partners reduce fresh produce spoilage rates to below 5%.

The respiration of fruits and vegetables consumes their own nutrients and accelerates aging and spoilage. The respiration intensity varies significantly among different types of fruits and vegetables. Addressing this characteristic, we have overcome the limitations of traditional "one-size-fits-all" packaging, and, based on 34 years of accumulated expertise, we customize exclusive packaging solutions for different fruits and vegetables: the outer film uses CPP/PE material, which combines puncture resistance, moisture resistance, and excellent heat-sealing properties, protecting against physical damage and humidity fluctuations during cold chain transportation;Based on the respiration rate of fruits and vegetables, the inner film is flexibly combined with OPP, PET, or PA materials to precisely control the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations inside the packaging bag. For fruits and vegetables with high respiration rates, such as leafy greens, a highly breathable composite structure is used to prevent condensation and spoilage inside the bag; for easily oxidized fruits and vegetables such as berries, a high-barrier PA inner film is selected to isolate external oxygen intrusion and delay fruit browning.
From a compliance perspective, all of our factory's packaging materials comply with EU FIC regulations and US FDA food contact material requirements, meeting the market access standards of Europe and the United States. 34 years of manufacturing experience have allowed us to build a complete service chain, from material selection and structural design to custom printing. We can meet the large-scale order demands of supermarkets and e-commerce platforms, and also handle small-batch personalized customization, covering packaging scenarios for various fruits and vegetables such as strawberries, lettuce, and avocados.

Cost reduction and efficiency improvement are eternal challenges in the fresh produce industry. Customized fruit and vegetable packaging bags not only reduce storage and transportation losses at the source but also extend product shelf life, helping European and American businesses expand into distant markets and enhance brand competitiveness. We look forward to collaborating with global fresh produce trading partners for mutual success, leveraging our 34 years of professional expertise.
