Material Properties and Product Category Compatibility Chart

Material type

Core Features

Suitable food categories

Packaging advantages

CPP

Good heat sealing properties, high transparency, moisture-proof and oil-resistant.

Snacks, ready-to-eat meals, and prepared foods

The printing effect is clear, facilitating brand display; the sealing performance is excellent, preventing oil leakage.

PE

High toughness, low-temperature resistance, and puncture resistance.

Fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen foods, root vegetables

It can withstand the pressure of cold chain storage and long-distance transportation, reducing packaging damage rates; it is not prone to cracking in low-temperature environments.

OPP

High transparency, excellent gloss, and moderate barrier properties.

Leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, and fresh-cut fruits and vegetables

Clearly displays the quality of the ingredients, enhancing shelf appeal; slows down moisture loss, providing good short-term preservation.

PET

High barrier properties, UV resistance, chemical resistance

Nuts and dried fruits, baked goods, condiments

It blocks oxygen and ultraviolet rays, preventing food oxidation and spoilage; extending product shelf life and making it suitable for long-term storage.

PA

Extremely puncture-resistant, high barrier properties, and resistant to low temperatures.

Granular foods, fruits and vegetables with sharp edges, frozen meats

Resistant to punctures from sharp food items, preventing packaging damage; excellent low-temperature performance, suitable for frozen storage.

Scientific combination, creating targeted packaging solutions

A single material often fails to meet the complex demands of food packaging. Leveraging 34 years of manufacturing experience, our factory has developed a composite "outer film + inner film" strategy, balancing protection and preservation to precisely meet the diverse needs of the European and American markets:

①Fresh produce packaging: Uses a combination of PE outer film and OPP inner film. The PE outer film is puncture-resistant and pressure-resistant, suitable for the complex environment of fruit and vegetable storage and transportation; the OPP inner film is highly transparent and provides excellent moisture retention, aiding in supermarket shelf display while slowing down moisture evaporation from fruits and vegetables, thus preserving freshness.

②Snack food packaging: Uses a combination of CPP outer film and PET inner film. The CPP outer film has excellent heat-sealing properties and allows for exquisite printing, highlighting brand identity; the PET inner film has strong barrier properties, effectively preventing oxidation and moisture absorption in nuts, puffed snacks, and other products, extending their shelf life.

③Frozen food packaging: A combination of PE outer film and PA inner film is used. The PE outer film is resistant to low temperatures and has good toughness, making it suitable for cold chain transportation and low-temperature storage; the PA inner film is puncture-resistant and has excellent barrier properties, preventing frozen meat and frozen fruits and vegetables from puncturing the packaging, while also preventing odors from permeating.

Compliant Materials, Adapted to European and American Market Standards

All packaging materials used in our factory strictly adhere to food contact material safety regulations. Our five core materials-CPP, PE, OPP, PET, and PA-all meet the safety requirements for food packaging in the European and American markets. Although we do not have relevant compliance certification certificates, the entire process, from raw material procurement and production to finished product testing, follows European and American food packaging standards. This ensures that our packaging products are non-toxic, harmless, and compliant, effectively guaranteeing the safe storage and transportation of the packaged food and mitigating packaging-related risks for European and American businesses.
